On meeting Amie at my home I felt a great sense of relief and the stress I had been under vanished. My knight in shining armor had arrived. We sat at the dining room table and I described my situation and what I was looking for as a selling point And/ or, what was feasible. Amie’s experience and command of situations, and her tenacity was of great relief. I hired her on the spot. And she was all over it. I began sleeping better. She had several potential buyers tour the property and came through with a buyer with an offer hundreds of thousands of dollars above all other bids. Amie also arranged an estate sale agent,( another bright light in the process) everything went beautifully . I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Amie is a realtor who truly has your best interest at heart. She is extremely honest regarding her opinions on whether the house is a good fit for your needs, and more than that, whether it's a reasonable investment for your family's future. One of my favorite moments was when Amie directly said, "Please don't buy this house," and then pointed out smaller "unseen" elements that might affect resale value or function poorly for our family. When we grappled with whether to put a large offer on a house that seemed like a good fit I remember telling her, "It just doesn't feel like our house," and she encouraged me to listen to myself and not put an offer in, assuring us we would find the right house for our family. I was quite skeptical ... but the day came! Amie helped us find and close on the perfect house for our family! Despite the challenging market, and our particular challenges around location, we found it...I'm still a little shocked. We are so grateful to her for her guidance and support throughout the challenging process. Even though we closed several weeks ago, she's still in touch and helping us find vendors and asking how unpacking is going. If/when we find ourselves in the market again, we'll know who to call.
